Replacing the ear pads on your Bose QC35 headphones is a fairly easy and straightforward process.
How to Replace Bose QC35 Ear Pads
All you need is a new set of ear pads (which can be purchased from Bose or other retailers) and a small screwdriver.
- Begin by removing the old ear pads. To do this, simply peel them off of the headphone cups.
- Once the old ear pads are removed, take a look at the inside of the headphone cups. You should see two small screws near the top. These screws hold the ear cups in place.
- Using a small screwdriver, remove these screws and keep them safe (you’ll need to re-attach them later).
- With the screws removed, the ear cups should now come off easily.
- Take your new ear pads and align them with the headphone cups. Make sure that the holes for the screws are in line with the holes on the headphone cups.
- Once the ear pads are in place, re-attach the screws and tighten them until their snug.
- That’s it! You’ve now successfully replaced your Bose QC35 ear pads. Enjoy your newly refreshed headphones!
